Mr. Susairaj is the major force behind the organisation. He rose from a grass root worker to being chief functionary of JEEVA JYOTHI. His 35 years of experience in child development, community development and human rights advocacy and NGO administration is of great value to JEEVA JYOTHI. He drives all aspects of JEEVA JYOTHI and ensures its projects are executed in accordance with vision and mission of JEEVA JYOTHI.
T. CATHERINE MARY – B.Com.,
Administrator & Accountant
Mrs. Catherine posses an under graduate degree in commerce and long term employee of JEEVA JYOTHI. She oversees administrative and logistical aspects of office activities and events, including workshops, meetings and books the meeting rooms accordingly. Manage and monitor the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and placing orders as required.

Resource Mobilisation, Project Monitoring, and Evaluation.She is responsible for the management of fundraising, MEAL and communications staff and have overall oversight and coordination of donor engagement and all fundraising and proposal writing. She also supports the programmed team in evaluating the impact of the project.
